Watch out for "grey imports"

It has been brought to our attention that there are "grey import" Franco Belge models coming into the UK and being sold online as UK specification models. We have been contacted by a couple of customers now who have made online purchases of Franco Belge models which do not have UK model numbers, nor do these models have the same output as the UK models. Watch out for "grey imports"

 

Fear of steep energy bill rises

The BBC News Website today wrote that domestic UK energy bills could rise by up to 60% over the next 7 years in a worst case scenario identified by the energy regulator. However most other estimates from a Ofgem report would see prices rising between 14% and 25% above the rate of inflation by 2020. Whichever way you want to interpret this report, it seems fairly certain that energy bills will be increasing dramatically over the next few years. Fear of steep energy bill rises

It has a 5Kw output making it ideal for most room sizes and a very powerful airwash to ensure that it's large glass door remains clean during operation - infact it has one of the largest glass doors available on a stove of this size. Wander price increase October 2009 announcement

We regret to advise that the Wanders product range will increase in price as of 1st October 2009. All orders placed by your dealer prior to 1st October will be supplied at the pre-increase prices. The price increase incorporates the annual manufacturers price increase but also has to reflect the weakness in the pound against the Euro again. Savoy Mk II model now DEFRA approved !!!

We are delighted to announce that the Franco Belge Savoy Mk II model is now DEFRA approved, meaning that you can burn wood in smoke controlled zones with this appliance. The approved stove is model number 1340811 and will be arriving into stock from September. Savoy Mk II model now DEFRA approved !!!
